The man in this television commercial reminds me of myself as I attempt to learn to speak German.
As funny as this was, I have to point out that: this is exactly the reason why international organizations have agreed on terms like "mayday."
(And I also have to point out... okay, I don't have to point it out, but I will anyway... the fellow on the ship didn't make a proper "mayday" call. He should have said 'Mayday, mayday, mayday. Name of ship, name of ship, name of ship. Mayday, name of ship. We are sinking...')
