alt.atheism's Psycho Dave did this back in the day with quite a few tracts; got a cease & desist from JTC and then redid all the artwork. The archive is here.

Yep. I've seen a lot of this kind of thing; possibly the same source as Craig. Chick sues.

It's worth looking around for the Cthulhu inspired alteration of one of these things as well. It's downright hillarious.

Yay! Someone links to me!
Hopefully, I'll remain obscure enough to bypass the nutbar's radar.

A well done cartoon indeed. BronzeDog is quite a respectful thinker when in comes to comments on many other blogs I read too.

That's so great!

although the author shows his ignorance having the Jack Chick tract argue that "Transubstantiation is real" when 90% of Chick's garbage is directed against the Catholic church
Posted by: steve | March 28, 2006 9:29 PM
I'll make a note of that. I've only seen a handful of his tripe.

It's a well done parody of one of the most nonesensical Chick Tracts, even if some of the knowledge of Chick "theology" is a bit off. Good job, Bronze Dog.
Oh, I don't fall under the category of Chick Tract fans simply because I have a hard time laughing at the ridiculousness of them. They tend to anger my inner theologian too much for me to laugh at them.

Thanks for the support, everyone.
I fully understand your problem, Tara. I'm typically disgusted by ultra-fundie comics. I couldn't laugh at the ridiculousness of the original, so I added an element so that I could: Reversal. Jack Chick pretty much is what he accuses his enemies of being: An occultist.

Hilarious!!It's time someone turned the tables on that Dunderheadfed Fool!!
Now don't get me wrong,I am a Christian,but I've never been a Fundamentalist!!
And some of their statements are just plain foolish!!
Examples:(1)Haloween is a Satanic Holiday!!
Okay.I consider that an insult to my Celtic Heritage!!
(I'm Scots-Irish.).Now look,if way the hell back there, one of my ancestors commited ritual murder,I'm Sorry!!
As far as is known, for the most part, one of my ancestors in Scotland and Ireland more than likely got drunk on the"Water of Life"(Whiskey)and sang an off kilter version of"Beyond the Sea"and whizzed on the bonfire before he passed out!!
The most exciting thing that ever happened to me was 15 years ago,I went as"Indiana Jones"to a Halloween Party at my local"Watering Hole"and came in 2nd and won$10.00!!
OOOHHH!!SCARRYYY!!!
(2)If You Play A Rock Record Backwards,You Get A Satanic Message!!
Ooohh Puhlease!!Except for a few speciality printings here and there,Vinyl Records have been"Out of the Loop"for nearly 20 Years!!
And you can't play a CD Backwards, and if you try to play a Cassette backwards, you'll more than likely mess up the tape!!
And MP3's??Surely you Jest!!Some years ago, they showed on"20/20"how you play a record backwards!!
First of all,you need specialized Studio Equipment;then you dub it on a reel to reel tape!!
And when you play the tape backwards, you get what sounds a Retarded Brad Garrett saying"Satan"!!Or maybe"Raymond"after his Sit Com CoStar Ray Romano!!
Gee,that's a scary thought!!Brad Garrett filling our minds with evil thoughts!!
(3)Rock Stars Are Actually Promoting Satanism!!
Okay!!Yes,there are some Recording Artists that I wouldn't go see even if they gave a concert on my front step!!
However, that doesn't mean they promote Satanism!!
Examples:A few months back"Left Behind"Star and former Late 80's Teen Idol/former"Growing Pains"Co star/B.A.C.claimed that at an Insane Clown Posse Concert,a teenage girl was raped!!
Now,I'm not a big fan of I.C.P.,but unless they actually performed the act themselves,I can't see what heer rape has to do with it!!
I mean,if a woman is raped in a WalMart Parking Lot(or Target;Kroger;etc),we don't blame Wal Mart do we??
Yes,what happened to her(if it did happen!!)was horrible!!And the SOB's who did it need to be hunted down and shot!!
But I don't hold Recording Artists responsible for such a foul deed!!
Ozzy Osbourne.UhmHmm!!Has anyone seen Ozzy lately??That's the"Prince O'Darkness"??
More like the"Prince O'Pathetic"!!
Marilyn Manson.Yep!!Definitely the most weirdest Freakazoid to ever come down the road!!
But, Yawn!!!Anyone who takes this anorexic goth seriously,
needs to go on Dr.Phillip J."Quick Draw"McGraw's TV Show ASAP!!
Yawners!!I heard it all before in the 70's!!
Back then,it was Alice Cooper, then KISS!!
Give him a few years and guess what??Someone else'll come along to take his place!!
"When I Was A Kid,They Taught Us In sunday School That People Who Drank Beer;Smoked Cigarrettes and Played Dominoes Would Not Enter The Kingdom of Heaven.
If that's true,I've been bound for Hell since I was Eight Years Old!!"-Willie Hugh Nelson. The Red Headed Stranger.

I love things like this. I've been a fan of the Chick-tracts for years. Not only are they amusing, but they're great for starting a campfire.
(When the nit-wits hand them to me, I ask for more. Then I mention what great joints they make. You should see the faces those people make.)
