See here. Storm World made a list of 150 books in total, 25 of which are "nonfiction" entries. I'm honored.

Fantastic!

Congrats, Chris, on a well-deserved honor!
Next up, I hope, a best-books award from the National Book Critics Circle.
I recommended your book to my fellow NBCC members for reasons cited in my review (click my name).

As I said in July, Storm World should be required reading for anyone with interest in engaging in the great science and policy divide. It's an excellent work and Chris - you continue to amaze and inspire me everyday.
Congratulations! There's no one with whom I'd rather share my blogosphere :)

That's a great accomplishment -- you have my congratulations.

Congratulations!
I'm about halfway through the book and enjoying it very much. Hopefully I'll get a review up one of these days.

CONGRATS Chris - I loved it.
WHEN ARE YOU COMING TO DALLAS SO I CAN GET YOU TO SIGN MY COPY?????????? Maybe we could get a speaking engagement for you at Southern Methodist University and promote it also at University of Texas at Dallas.

What can I say except...thanks to you all. It is particularly gratifying to receive this recognition given the not so dramatic hurricane season--these storms are not on people's minds right now, and neither, you might think, are books about them. Publisher's Weekly just proved otherwise.

The next busy hurricane season -- that's when you release the mass-market paperback edition!

Well done, sir. Keep up the good work in your new home.
Best,
