Sounds familiar...ScienceDebate2008 anyone?

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg opened the city's science summit yesterday, calling science "just as exciting, just as cool, just as cutting-edge" as the new film "Sex and the City."

Mayor Bloomberg, of my favorite New York City, is an a astute observer of things real and necessary. His comment on science is 'right on'.

It would be nice if Ms. Rice were asked to comment on topics like ID and global warming denial which seem to be supported by her boss.
