I wanted to offer you all a brief update on the status of funding our APS award with your clicks. After the first week I will tell you this -- you folks are amazing and I encourage you to keep visiting with exactly the same, or even a slightly higher, frequency. You are far surpassing anything I could have anticipated, but we're only a week into this little project.
I can tell you this, though. If you keep visiting the way you are now (or maybe one extra click more a day to help a sister out? or maybe you would tell one friend about the blog?) we're going to be able to do something much bigger than I initially anticipated we would. Much.

It helps that you are posting, like, once every 5 minutes. I click on every post, and then click some more. :) I'm glad the pace is going well.

Isis: if you have grant money from NIH, there's another way to fund a student (and you can get a teacher, too!)
