Switek's first book, Written in Stone, will be published on November 1, 2010 by Bellevue Literary Press.

I was afforded a rare sight of a Bobcat in the Organ Pipe Catus Park of AZ 2005, when my motorcycle made enough noise for the Bobcat to move away from the roadway. Never have a camera handy when needed.
