Thanksgiving Point is fun! OK, loads of casts, and too little lighting for the poor digital camera I had back when, but they have some very nice real fossils (Protoceratops, e.g.) and some very nice people.

Heinrich; I enjoyed it quite a bit. There were many casts, like you said, but I enjoyed seeing restorations of dinosaurs "in action" (like the dueling Tyrannosaurus and the Ceratosaurus having lunch).
