Omni Brain
An exploration of the serious/fun/ridiculous - past/present/future of the brain and the science that loves it.
The Homunculus
The Omnibrain is a psychology graduate student at an online university. He hopes that the three weeks and $29.95 that he is spending on his Ph.D. will get him a job at a Tier 1 research university. Do online universities have postdocs? Ok...just kidding, The Omnibrain is a real graduate student at a real school somewhere in the continental United States - or maybe Europe.

I spent quite a bit looking for pictures or videos of that too, when I first heard about it. Do let me know if you find anything.

I know one professor who might have it in his uhh... I guess you could call it a lab. Or more like a psychology tech graveyard where old homemade lab equipment goes to die. I'll check him out. Totally worth it to convert an old tape to digital.

As a graduate student in 1963 I trained 2 pigeons to play ping pong. I'm certain I have a picture of them doing so. What is this skepticism all about?

I hope you'll post the video if you find it! I regularly use that example in class and would love to have the video to show!
