It's all about cadaver value, so I think it's primarily based on how easy it'd be to study every part of a person using your body (so you'd be less valuable if you're a fat ass), and how "interesting" your body is, so albino > normal, crazy rare disorder > died masturbating in a closet.
If I like what I see, I'll receive 5 more issues (6 in all) for just $19.95. If I'm not completely satisfied, I'll simply write "cancel" on the invoice and owe nothing. The free issue is mine to keep.
