Well, it's not clear if they used neighbor-joining or Fitch-Margoliash, and they did not account for the bacterial flora that would be present in or on many of the ingredients.
Apart from that it looks like pretty solid science to me!
I look forward to reading the entire paper in the next issue of Science.
