You can listen in on George Johnson's and Sean Carroll's conversation at Bloggingheads right now. I'm doing this next week with John Horgan, so I should have closed my eyes—Sean is so much prettier than I am.
Don't let that stop you, though. It's interesting stuff throughout, and one of the better dialogs I've seen on bloggingheads.

It's new. Clankers like "telephone" and "automobile" are so familiar you don't even sense them any more.

Not to make you self conscious, PZ, but please try to find a happy middle ground between Sean Carroll's spooky staredown of the camera and George Johnson's much more disturbing tendency to talk to some spot on the floor to his right. (Horgan is just as bad in this respect, although his spot is somewhere on the ceiling.) Or perhaps, you and Horgan could coordinate your efforts and get a Brady-Bunch effect going.

I have a distinct impression that your knowledge of physic is about equal with mine of biology, PZ. I think you grope in the dark. I have a whole wall of physics books from ceiling to floor. I know the subject since my father was also a physicist all his books from the 50's and 50's are included. I really think feared debating me only because of my proposition because you are a physics ignoramus.
