You could give Aristotle a tutorial. And you could thrill him to the core of his being. Aristotle was an encyclopedic polymath, an all time intellect. Yet not only can you know more than him about the world. You also can have a deeper understanding of how everything works. Such is the privilege of living after Newton, Darwin, Einstein, Planck, Watson, Crick and their colleagues.

For the first half of geological time our ancestors were bacteria. Most creatures still are bacteria, and each one of our trillions of cells is a colony of bacteria.

Say happy birthday to Zeno

Category: Weblogs
Posted on: August 31, 2007 1:00 AM, by PZ Myers

His blog is now two years old, which means it is at that point where it's very cute but has an infuriating habit of saying "no" a lot and throwing tantrums. It helps if everyone makes sure that he gets his naps.

Nap time? But I'm awake. Awake!

And it's party time!

Oops. Wait a minute. School first!

(Many, many thanks for the birthday wishes. I am but an egg.)

P.S.: Is it considered blogwhoring to put a link to your blog in a comment to a post that already links to your blog? (Perhaps a thumbsucker on that topic would make a good post.)

Is it considered blogwhoring...

Yes it is. But in a nice way.

Happy Birthday to your blog!
