Unfortunately creationism has become so widely believed among Christians that most believe evolution to be a widely disregarded theory that is only supported by people who made it up because they hate Christianity. We do need to hear the other perceptive from scientists who are in the know. There needs to be a greater push to say creationism is ridiculous and is not science and that message needs to get to the people who need it.

In these interviews you sound like a mild mannered professor. A few firings of the cyberpistol, and an aargghhh or two with cutlass swishes would make you sound appropriately ferocious...

indeed.
i enjoyed every second of it, was a bit brief though. 30 minutes would have been awesome.
it baffles me, how educated men still believe, that god made life as it is. very shallow and insecure people. i mean if they are happy about believing in god, let them be. but believing in nonsense, things that are disproven by science and facts, that is just stupid and has, imho, nothing to do with true believe in any religion.

where he works with cephalopods and zebrafish in the field of evolutionary developmental biology.

I thought the cephalopods were extracurricular. Can't trust nothing on web these days.
