No. He'll be using his vast network of secret tunnels.
Did you know the original transportation plan, drawn up when the Interstate system was designed, called for a third bridge, between Sand Point and Kirkland connecting to I-5 along N 65th? It had lots of other odd extras, but none of them would have made it any easier to move east-west across town.
