But which color of Jello goes best? (Ask any kid, Jello comes in colors, not flavors.)

Yes, the color matters. What I find works best is to get the wine with the twist-off cap that best complements the color of the Jell-O. Mad Dog 20/20 goes with anything when drunk in sufficient quantity. You know you are there when you forget what color green is.
