The grapes have been picked up
and the fermenting has (hopefully!) begun. This year I'm trying two types of grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese.

Nice looking bunch of grapes. Is there a state law where you live regarding how much wine a hobbyist can make a year without paying tax?

100 gallons per person max 200 gallons per household. I'm nowhere near those numbers...yet.
