I just enjoyed the dinosaur, but my wife questioned whether it was better than one she claimed to have seen in Yale's Peabody Museum (no memory myself, how could I have forgotten?). So I had to do a quick tour around google's first few pages for "balloon animal" and "balloon sculpture", which didn't show much even coming close to your dinosaur. Perhaps for big, but not as delicately done, however, check out http://www.airigami.com/soccer_players.php . Turns out there's a movie and a controversy about making balloon sculpture: http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/26/business/media/26balloon.html .

Wow, was she ever right about better. A more focused search, for "balloons peabody museum yale", got me to http://www.jasonhackenwerth.com/ , which is spectacular!!!
