I have heard a lot of stories about the aggressive behavior of people on angel dust, but this video is the first time that I have seen just how dramatic it can be. The guy is completely naked and smashes straight through a fence then tries to climb through the hole in order to evade police. It seems almost like the behavior of a comic book villain or the incredible hulk.

I've seen people on alcohol way more out of hand than this guy. That being said I don't know what the effects of PCP are.

Mihai: PCP is a dissociative. Unlike other psychedelics where you may hallucinate, on PCP you think they are actually real. Furthermore, most often people under the influence of dissociative won't even remember they took a drug and completely unable to distinguish hallucination from reality.
For example, an individual on LSD may hallucinate a small, green elf standing on their table. But they would realize this green elf isn't real and is only a product of their drug usage (although they may still flip out because of it).
PCP users would see that elf and think it is a real elf, as real as the stapler sitting next to it. They won't know they are on drugs and will react to their new environment (including the elf) as if it were real.
This is often why there are serious deaths with PCP. People think they can fly, or can stop a car, or have spiders crawling all over them. When fantasy and reality mix things get ugly.

and we know this guy is on PCP (and only PCP) how? have the post-arrest tox panels, do we?
not to mention, this is unbelievably tame behavior if we contrast this with what suspects-later-choke-holded-to-death or over-Tasered are alleged to have done "on PCP".
