Minnow 36: Old science project

My mom has been frenetically cleaning out her house the past few months, in order to make up for saving everything for the past few decades. (un)fortunately for us, she's not making many decisions about what saved stuff should be passed on and what should just be tossed. So the end result is that Minnow (and Fish) have now had a chance to examine the remains of my 6th grade science project.

My mom never through anything away either. . . . . when I was home I looked through my old prom dresses. . . . I found letters from everyone of my classmates from 3rd grade. My teacher made them write them to my parents because we had a 3rd grade science trip to my house. (we had lots of animals)
Your story brought that to mind. . . . there is comfort in the fact that our parents loved us enough to save lots of junk.
