I highly recommend del.icio.us and their auto-post feature. I used to have the same problem of bookmarks piling up, but now I tag them for del.icio.us, and they automatically post once a day.
It's easy enough to set up, and makes some aspects of blogging a lot easier.

I have a similar script that compiles everything I've posted with a "to scienceblogs" tag in the past week, and formats it nicely, but I haven't yet figured out how to get it to autopost. So I cut'n'paste.
