Hee hee mixed with commiserations. Between that and the recent study about sleep deficit and the inability to regenerate brain cells - is it any consolation to know that your patients are also afflicted, albeit in a 2nd order sort of way?

You could probably work something out with your residency directors. They care about your health, well-being, and happiness. Don't they? After all, they lowered the work week to 80 hours. If that's not a springtime vacation, I don't know what is.
