Matthew C. Nisbet, Ph.D, is a professor in the School of Communication at American University where his research focuses on the intersections between science, media, and politics. May 2, 2007: Matthew Nisbet is quoted in a news article at the journal Cell on the nature and influence of science blogs.
April 24, 2007: Chris Mooney's forthcoming book Storm World received starred reviews from Publisher's Weekly and Kirkus. As Publisher's Weekly noted: "Mooney...concludes that to be effective, scientists need to be clear communicators."
