Terry Bowden points out what could have been had there been a eight-team playoff for the college football championship.
Now that would have been some good football ... although I dispute his claim that Florida would beat Michigan.

(note: the winners are wrong.) The tourney would be cool and it would have been nice to see the Badgers beat OU. Of course, there would have been too many Big Tem match ups for many folks tastes...save mine.
So, this has nothing to do with this post, but I'm watching Law and Order right now and the murder victim was "Burked" - aka someone sat on her chest and covered her nose and mouth. They explained the historic significance, and I thought, there's one thing I learned in Human Event that I didn't put on my eval!
