Josh at work Joshua Rosenau spends his days defending the teaching of evolution at the National Center for Science Education. He is formerly a doctoral candidate at the University of Kansas, in the department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. When not battling creationists or modeling species ranges, he writes about developments in progressive politics and the sciences.

    Cass Sunstein (law professor at the University of Chicago, mega-author and potential Supreme Court Justice) chatting with Samantha Power (genocide expert, once-and-hopefully-future Obama advisor) at the ropeline where Al Gore and Nancy Pelosi were greeting the Netroots Nation crowd.

    Awesome.

    It sounds like you're having a good time there in my home town. Good on you.

    If you haven't done so, be sure to go to the Congress Ave. bridge at the river at sunset to see the bats leave for the evening to feed. It, too, is Awesome.
