Here are a few reasons that Palin’s friends may not vote for her:

When asked to reveal something about Palin that no one knows, one woman offered, “She doesn’t care for cats very much,” and another chimed in, “Oh, yes, she’s afraid of my cat.”

As Defenders of Wildlife points out, Palin has also encouraged the brutal and unsportsmanly slaughter of wolves. And she sued the federal government when the feds tried to step in and stop polar bears from going extinct.

This adds up to a bit of a pattern. John McCain’s 22 pets should be very, very afraid. Indeed, anyone who cares about wildlife ought to be concerned. A good friend likes to say that you can judge the

Josh, do you belong to ACORN? All concerned citizens should google ACORN and Obama to see what type of thuggery, voter fraud and illegal activity tie the two together.

You mean we should google ACORN and Obama together so that will bring up all the right wing propaganda blogs who are obsessing over those two terms?

Maybe we should google “Vote Caging” and “Republicans” if we are really looking for voter fraud and illegal activity and “removing non-felons from voter lists” as an example of thuggery.

The question isn’t why I’m an ACORN member, but why you aren’t.

ACORN is one of the top groups working to rebuild New Orleans and to support local people who are trying to restore their communities. I’ve given them money to help those efforts, and similar efforts at combating poverty around the country.
