Similarities I noticed between George W. Bush and The Burning Bush - A Short List

Category: Humor stuff, and in the best of worlds, science humor stuff
Posted on: August 8, 2006 12:00 PM, by David Ng

Natural disasters figure prominently for both.

Neither necessarily follows international conventions.

In their own ways - doing their part to increase carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere.

When they speak, it's kind of surreal.

I gather, both on the same page with this stem cell business.

Essentially kind of hard to explain rationally.

No, I sent it straight to John - with the usual "good things to say, bad things to say" reply (the most useful kind of response really). Funny, but my favourites are 3 and 5, his were 4 and 6.

...Here, I thought of another one:

Neither too comfortable on ice skates

How's that for twee.

* Both claim to speak on behalf of God.

* The burning bush turned Moses' staff into a snake, whereas many of Bush's staff are snakes.
