Benny's diet is very specialized, consisting mainly of the interior of Ramy nuts, nectar from the Traveller's Palm tree, some fungi and insect grubs. He is also known to raid coconut plantations, and has been seen eating lychees and mangoes, which are also plantation crops.

Mystic Aquarium Shot Glass

Category: aquarium
Posted on: June 15, 2008 9:54 PM, by ableiman

The world's largest zoo and aquarium shot glass collection just got one glass bigger. Someone call the Guinness Book! Growing up in Connecticut, The Mystic Aquarium was basically Benny and my Disney World. Special thanks to Eric Heupel of the awesome invertebrate blog, The Other 95%, for the donation.

Friend of a friend worked at Mystic and my friend and I managed to get an off-hours back stage tour, even got to commune with the dolphins. That was something else.

Highly recommended if you can do so.

So where do I send your shot glasses????

I've been trying to find you - I have two that you don't have and I would like to send them to you! :-)

You do have a nice collection, I must say.
