Benny's diet is very specialized, consisting mainly of the interior of Ramy nuts, nectar from the Traveller's Palm tree, some fungi and insect grubs. He is also known to raid coconut plantations, and has been seen eating lychees and mangoes, which are also plantation crops.

Robotic Autonomous Flying Penguins. Festo = Skynet

Category: penguinsrobot
Posted on: April 23, 2009 12:59 PM, by ableiman

Festo is officially my new favorite company, supplanting Gama-Go even with their squid wallets. With a seemingly limitless budget to create non-commercially viable robots, Festo is run by Morgan Freeman, who now goes exclusively by the moniker Lucius Fox.

As if flying death jellyfish weren't enough, Festo now brings us flying death penguins... Death March of the Penguins if you will.

Lucius you sly bastard.......

The flying death penguins and the haunted wall are both right out of the movies. How cool would it be to see them together? (particularly if the penguins are fitted with laser guns and the walls can swallow you with hidden trap doors--there I go again)

no shout-out for the Air Ray? they did that one before the Jelly

i've been wondering if the flying penguins are technically "ornithopters". probably not, because, like the Ray and Jelly, they're lighter-than-air craft. am i too pedantic?

I, for one, welcome our new mechanical Penguin overlords and I move that we commemorate their coming by remaking the movie Happy Feet to give each character ice-cold glowing blue eyes.
