Using Science to Frame Quackery?

Things to notice in this video:

  • The scientific sounding languge.
  • The cool 3D graphics
  • The guy bloating up because he has not eaten his SKRMs yet. Then he eats the SKRMs and gets better.

More like this

Sounds like someone is trying to sell some useless vitamins. Dietary signals translated by Kinases? Er... no. That would be chemicals, compounds, and proteins broken down by kinases. SKRS sounds like a load a bullarky. They're just using a lot of crazy words and phrases that are somewhat scientific and they're using them to sell their garbage. It's probably just green tomato seed extract (nicotine) and probably some caffeine.

Watch it with the sound off; it then tells you that eating SKRMs makes your arms skinny and makes you run real slow. Not exactly Steve Austin material.

Well, I tried pointing the Google at SKRM, and I got this guy.
Woo!
