The National Men's Health Week is an official government activity in
accordance with Senate
Joint Resolution 179 of 1994

The second thing on the homepage is this text:

Men's Facts
web site by href="http://www.checkmensfacts.com/"> clicking here
and read about some of the causes of ED href="http://www.checkmensfacts.com/issues.html"> here
and the survey href="http://www.checkmensfacts.com/survey_findings.html">
here.

I'd bet that at least one of the corporate sponsors got a lot of extra
mileage out of their contribution.
