The long vertical line clearly represents an extremely tall structure. The structure holds up a crossbar at a great height. On the left arm (viewer's right side), you can see a conical spaceship, with an antenna, being returned to Earth. In the center, a globular spaceship is being delivered to orbit. Clearly, whoever made this drawing witnessed the operation of a space elevator. Either the ancient artist encountered aliens, or had some very good drugs.
