Dover Ruling Tomorrow

I just got word from Glenn Branch of the NCSE that Judge Jones will hand down his ruling in the Dover case tomorrow. No idea what time. But rest assured it'll be posted the moment it's available.

You've gotta hand it to the DI Media Complaints Division - when their PR team gives them a catchphrase-laden response to something, they repeat it so many times that they begin to sound like Rain Man (just replace Judge Wapner with Judge Jones). Rob Crowther continues to beat this drum in yet…

Good ol' DaveScot is back (with a brand new dance) and this time he's blathering about jury nullification. The problem is that he doesn't seem to have a clue what jury nullfication is. What makes it even funnier is that he actually quotes the definition of jury nullification and then still doesn't…

Say, while we're waiting, got anything on that UC case? Wasn't there a hearing last week?

The hearing was cancelled and the judge announced that he would make a ruling on the motion to dismiss in a couple weeks based on the briefs filed by both sides. So nothing new to report until he hands down his ruling on that motion.

Hopefully this one comes out better than the election.
