Although if I were doing the final episode of a TV show that had been cancelled, I would probably do something similar. What are they going to do, cancel her?

The piano is black, but her gown is white, just like my T-shirt before I spewed coffee all over it.

The Chung spot was, um, surreal. It's hard to say what her motivation was. Maybe she secretly longs to be Carol Burnett ... without the singing voice ... or the comedic timing ... or any regard for her future in showbiz. (Well, TV news IS showbiz, after all.)
The Folgers ad reminded me of a bad sci-fi or kids' fantasy movie set to music, bad music. The creator must have been tripping on something besides coffee when he came up with that concept.
