Sen. Santorum gave an extremely gracious concession speech, including prompting his supporters to give Sen.-elect Casey a rousing hand of applause (which they eventually did). It's a good reminder that in many ways the "bad guys" are good and decent people -- except for their political derangement. Santorum was about as wacky as you can get on "life" issues. We're lucky to have him a private citizen again.
But now who will protect us from Venezuela?
I will admit his concession was gracious ... and then he felt he had to thank God. For his loss?
It's about time a theist does that. The joke in the atheist community is:
