See You In A Few Days

Folks, I had expected to surely have my next Gender Knot post up by now but life isn't working out that way. Too much craptastic stuff going on.

Meanwhile, Mr. Z and I are taking off for a few days. They have wireless internet where we're going but...we're not taking a computer with us. There, I said it.

It's possible I may put a hold on my Unscientific America review, too, until I get back from a trip to DC the last week of July. The book authors will be speaking at Politics and Prose during the time I'll be there and I'm planning to stop in and listen. Probably won't post my review till after that. I'm hitting the road this morning for a week-long, three stop trip that takes me first to Princeton, New Jersey; second to Georgia Tech; and third to D.C. The first two stops are for talks, the last is for R&R, reconnecting with old friends, and meeting up with Sheril to work on a new project…

Terrific to see you in DC and thanks so much for coming to our talk! I only wish we had more time to talk.
