Awwwww, this ruling isn't as laugh-out-loud funny as Judge Land's demolition of Taitz's nonsense. But the last paragraph of the judgement shows a flicker of Judge Carter's probable annoyance:

Plaintiffs have attacked the judiciary, including every prior court that has dismissed their claim, as unpatriotic and even treasonous for refusing to grant their requests and for adhering to the terms of the Constitution which set forth its jurisdiction. Respecting the constitutional role and jurisdiction of this court is not unpatriotic. Quite the contrary, this Court considers commitment to that constitutional role to be the ultimate reflection of patriotism.

Sounds like the judge got a bit tired of hearing these lunatic traitors and duty-dodgers calling themselves "patriotic" and insulting anybody who did care about their country.

JUDGE CARTER IN A NUTSHELL: Expanded Orly Taitz default judgment case against CANDIDATE Obama for fraud into a Presidential Removal case against PRESIDENT Obama (promising a trial), but then ruled the Court lacks said Presidential Removal authority, not only dismissing the Judge-expanded Presidential Removal case (reneging on the trial), but throwing out Orly's Candidate fraud case as well -- all this on a red herring that Orly's case was filed 1/20/09 after Obama was sworn in on 1/20/09 despite Obama was sworn in on 1/21/09 and despite the Orly-alleged fraud was committed by Candidate Obama prior to becoming President and for which there is no Presidential immunity in any case. Thus Judge Carter set up and knocked down his own straw man, and misstated fact and law to bury Orly's actual case. Pretty nifty!!!

Rhodes was a "proxy" case representing all the military. One person out of the war won't win or lose a battle. Military folks want an answer under UCMJ Article 138, if their CINC is legit. No problem if Obama is not eligible, as 25th Amendment covers it. What's the big deal about no challenging Obama's eligibility to the full satisfaction of the minority who can see there is something critically wrong, in how the US Constitution was skirted?

Berg is challenging the Senate on how they qualify members, and who let Obama in. The Senate is the birthplace of US laws and we need a high standard for who gets in.

If, big IF, Barack H. Obama II, was "born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof;" he is simply a US citizen, on his mother's side.

But, it takes two persons to make a baby, and those two people are subject national jurisdictions.

The first part of the 14th Amendment "All persons born or naturalized in the United States" is an "OR GATE" meaning either of the attributes "born in USA " or "naturalized in USA" meet first qualification.

The second part of the 14th Amendment "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof", begins with an "AND GATE" meaning what follows applies to either of the two previous qualifications. Jurisdiction, in this sense refers to
national laws and international treaties, concerning travel, migration, extradition, etc.
