These are great examples of why Jason Kuznicki and Jon Rowe are such valuable voices in the blogosphere. Jason posts here and Jon here about gay marriage, liberty and anti-discrimination laws. While I'm not sure their approach is necessarily correct - I frankly haven't thought this issue through very well at all - they offer a point of view you don't often hear, especially from people who are directly affected by such discrimination. They help us understand that the issue isn't quite as simple as we might like to believe. Stil, I love the comment that Jason quotes for sheer snarkiness:
We pro-gay rights folks promise to treat you anti-gay people at least as well as you have treated gay people. Enjoy. And remember, you're always free to change your lifestyle choice.
Zing.

It's like this guy totally stole my line. When arguing with people in message boards about this, I told them that I thought that I agreed with them that rights shouldn't be created in the constitution simply to protect someone's lifestyle choices, and therefore the 1st amendment protecting religion should be abolished.
