Mineral King valley in California. Well, we are in the peak of the summer, so Eruptions will be running a bit of summer schedule while I'm off away from the interweb tubes. First off, from July 11-20, I'll be off in the mountains, doing some much-needed fieldwork with my (first) undergraduate…

The weekend! No updates until next Tuesday - I'll be off to give a talk at Western Michigan University. Coal-erupting volcanoes defeat the Permian dinosaurs ... according to FOX News. Anyway... You know that mainstream media (FOXNews) must have done something appalling when even I can't write…
I'm looking forward to having some time to read this summer. I've planned a total of two weeks away from work, and if all goes well, I'll get some time to plow through a few good reads. My first trip away will be my usual gig as a camp doctor in Ontario. Last year I brought up The Great…

Think I'd go for Sarigan as well

I was too slow for this one and I think Cam is right too; but if not Sarigan my guess is Taal.

It's Sarigan. No doubt about it.

Saint Helena?

It looks a lot like a differnt angle of Anatahan. The reason I say that is the pictures of Anatahan look very simlar to this one.

It's Sarigan. I found the picture that is the same exact one on oceanexplorer.noaa.gov. seems to be a sight all aobut exploring the ocean.

I don't know what women keep bragging about being able to multi-task for. What's so great about doing three things wrong at the same time?

Things you brought up made . But, think about this, imagine if you integrated a little more? What i'm saying is, I dont want to tell you ways to run your blog, however if you actually added more stuff which can certainly get people's notice? Just simply like a online video or even a picture or maybe 2 to get your readers excited regarding what you mentioned.
