Behe on Bloggingheads

I could just point you to Bloggingheads for this, but it might not be there. In any event, much more fun than Michael Behe on Bloggingheads or anywhere else is THIS POST by ERV telling us about how she is not pregnant.

Confused? Just go look at the post and stop complaining.

More like this

Ive been puking all morning. No, Im not pregnant. Its just that Michael Behe recently filmed a show for BloggingHeads with some dude, John McWhorter. Never heard of the guy, but he gave Behe one hot, 44 minute blow-job. On BloggingHeads. BloggingHeads. Bonus: Ive been trying to debate Behe for…
Epigenetics. As I've described before, to alternative medicine practitioners, epigenetics seems to mean something akin to what the word "quantum" means: Magic. I've covered, for example, the woo-filled stylings of Deepak Chopra invoking things like "quantum consciousness," and seemingly for quite a…
I'm seeing a lot of email complaining about my response to the Giffords shooting. Here's just a representative sampling. You saw fit to use our pain to win political points. Here is my question to you - What if the killer was not a conservative? At least one report describes him as left-wing. His…
Here's a particularly worthless article from the AP: Docs say Tamiflu won't affect foetus. This is clearly an important question. In the event of a pandemic, Tamflu will be used prophylactically in pregnant women, either by choice or because the women don't know they are pregnant. There is…

I know -- after the previous BloggingHeads creationist fail, I was a bit shocked to see this installment in my feed reader.

It will now give me great satisfaction to have someone go head-to-head with Robert Wright on BloggingHeads about his latest book. Not that he's a creationist but still...

@Michael

Who would you like to do that? He's already been on bloggingheads with Ann Althouse, Mickey Kaus, Joel Achenbach, Mark Kleiman, John Horgan, Barbara Hagerty, Daniel Drezner, Tyler Cowen, and Karl Giberson. Some took him to task more than others, but bloggingheads chats are usually a lovefest in my experience.

I've listened to many of those -- I meant an outspoken non-accommodationist, like Myers, Coyne, Benson. Or Eliezer Yudkowsky!

I almost did a bloggingheades for this weekend but it did not work out. Probably next week.

ERV posts some good stuff, but it is necessary to translate it from LOLspeak into English in order to get anything out of it.

Well VS, learning another language is a good way to broaden your horizons, I'm told. (And I frequently hop over to answers.com to help decipher Abby's posts... always worth it, though, and I'm having to do it less lately)
