Michigan is Meshugeneh to cut extension services

It appears that the stae of Michigan is cutting it's extension service funding entirely. Apparently, it would then become the only state to not have an extension service.

Meshugah is the adjective. Michigan is meshugah. A meshugeneh is someone who is meshugah. I know that common usage has blurred the difference between the two, but just FYI.
