D'oh!

Sorry for the lack of new material, everyone. The past few days have been a little hectic and I didn't think I had internet access at the place I'm currently staying, but it turns out that I actually do (I made a rather silly mistake). I'm using an old laptop that can only be described as an "unwieldy behemoth" that recalls the days of dial-up, but I suppose it's better than nothing. As you all might have suspected most of my Christmas gifts ending up being books, the stack reaching about three feet high when everything is placed on top of each other, but I've already made some decent progress in whittling down the pile. The most spectacular gift, though, was a brand-new copy of Romer's Osteology of the Reptiles, although that book is going to require a bit more attention than Leviathan or any of the other books I'm currently working through.
