If I were teaching a course on evolution, this would probably be the first thing I would show the class.

The ask-a-scienceblogger question for this week was submitted by a reader, Jake Bryan, who comments on Science Blogs as "chezjake."
Washington Post columnist E.J. Dionne recently wrote this about Obama which puzzled me:
Steve at Omnibrain has been discussing a deep-fried turkey and turducken event in the back channels, and that has led some of us to ponder the ramifications of deep-frying a turducken itself. In the spirit of that discussion, I wrote a really dumb poem.

Amazing. It's great to see a Symphony of Science video devoted to biology. I normally despise auto tune, but when applied this way, it works very well.

So far my 7th & 8th graders loved it.

Clearly you've never browsed youtube.

Amazing. Carl Sagan was the best example of how to make science understandable to general public. Even in a series called "Cosmos", devoted to Astronomy, he uses a whole episode explaining evolution.
Thanks for sharing this video. It's one of my favourites!

Although when I first saw the title of this in my rss reader I thought it had something to do with PZ's never-ending thread, I thought this was a great video, Brian.
