second time i've heard this, and it's not exactly a good speech in terms of... well i'll just say fluency, it's not a grand speech or a positive one. but it's still one of the best speeches i've heard from someone that high up in government.

of course actions speak louder than words and he's only one man, society is not one man.

it's good to hear though.
