I'm new at the hosting end of the business, and I didn't think about upping the bandwidth of the site.

It shouldn't happen again.

I was a bit taken aback by his use of "over-formal" instead of the correct form, "overly formal," but overall, he seems to have a better grasp of the English language than 99.9 percent of the people writing online (or anywhere else) these days.
