I have to say, Needs More Squid, but then that's true of all of the scienceblogs. I guess arthropods are almost as cool, though, so I'll give the blog my blessing.

I'd say that increasing specialization in the blogs will inevitably grind to a halt. Say, in a few minutes, or maybe it just did.

Not that I don't like reading about ants from time to time...

I assume you've seen one of your sciblings is angling for a Pharyngulation by showing off cephaloporcelain.

No increase in specialization. Myrmecos has been around for a long time. Just an addition to Scienceblogs. And Alex is a phenomenal macro photographer. Worth keeping an eye on his site if you like that sort of thing...
