SqUinT will be held in Santa Fe, NM from Feb 18-21, 2010. The submission page is now open and available at http://panda.unm.edu/SQuInT. Note that speakers outside the network should contact the organizers if they wish to inquire about attending. It's an El Nino year, so New Mexico should have some good snow this year :)

Yep, lucky me I'm off to Santa Fe tomorrow morning for the tenth annual SquInT conference. Holy moly ten years of SqUiNT conferences really makes me feel old.

Squinting reduces the amount of peripheral light coming into the eye so that a greater percentage of light comes from the center of the visual field.
Cool. Bill Phillips is a good speaker (and contributed to one of the first Quantum Times issues!). Carl's always good for some interesting commentary. They forgot one of the 'r's in Milburn's name, though.
