Halloween Baby Blogging

Today is Kate's first day back at work (part-time), so I'm home alone with SteelyKid. This doesn't leave me much time or mental energy for blogging, so here's a bonus baby picture for the week:

This one's mostly for the grandparents, who bought her the Halloween outfit. You can't see the jack-o-lantern face on the butt of the pants, and I'm not taking a picture of it because I'd like her to still talk to me when she gets old enough to work a web browser.

Are you making plans for Quasimodo Sunday (re Introit at Mass, "Quasi modo geniti infantes, rationabile, sine dolo lac concupiscite")? (First Sunday after Easter; The Octave Day of Easter, Low Sunday; Dominica in albis depositis, White Sunday, Whitsunday, St. Thomas Sunday, Pascha clausum)

That ought to give SteelyKid enough ballast to reset the Earth-moon barycenter.

Awwwwwwww....... the grands did things up right - all the way down to the pumpkin socks. She's sweeter than all the candy in the world - not to mention better for your teeth.
