Conservapedia Tonight.

The latest entry is one of the more recent "news" articles on the main page. This particular one is more malignant than humorous:

"Dressed in black," a German 17-year-old former public school student kills 15 people.[19]

Wearing all black is characteristic of anti-Christian belief systems. Our list of young mass murderers grows, and see how many were anti-Christian products of public schools.

This is amusing. A blog called ChristWeb has a post on the Justice Department intervening on behalf of a Muslim girl who was told by her school that she couldn't wear her headscarf. They correctly informed the school that the student had the right to wear religious clothing in schools. You'd think…
In perusing Jen Shroder's hysterical website, I came across this little gem, which I debunked back in January. It claims that this alleged terrorist, Alamoudi, helped write the guidelines on religion in schools that allows schools to induct kids into Islam. It's complete and utter nonsense, of…
In today's Carnival of the Vanities is a link to an article on this blog about a strange church/state ruling. The facts of the case are that the Byron, California school district has a very controversial 3 week unit in their World History class for middle school students in which, in order to teach…
Oh, no…not Easterbrook. Haven't I dealt with him sufficiently in the past? He's got a long-winded column in which, while quantifying the nudity in the latest issue of Sports Illustrated, he also whines about those godless authors that have offended him so much. Regarding the "Golden Compass"…

Lulz. I guess they've never seen an Orthodox monk.

Last time I saw a Benedictine monk, or a Jesuit priest for that matter, they were wearing almost entirely black.

The people that write this stuff don't bother me -- it's the ones that read and believe it that do.

I thought pink was the unchristian colour.

Many christian fundamentalist consider catholicism and organizations with structure similar to catholicism to be satanic. Many fundamentalists consider the papacy the seat of the antichrist. So the priest/monks/nuns in black is more of a confirmation for them rather than a contradiction.

Don't underestimate crazy.
