Ooh! Ok, so take panels of soil planted with grass and place a screen over them (grass that will absorb the moisture and doesn't grow terribly long). Install indirect lighting that uses full spectrum bulbs. Install panels on the ceiling, after the grass is going well enough.
Drip irrigate from above - matching against a living roof would be a huge bonus.
