A fun poster by editorial artist Harry Campbell (you've no doubt seen his work in the NYT and elsewhere). Love the cut-aways and perspective changes - it reminds me of a children's book.

More like this

In one of my last posts, I argued that White children need to read Black children's books as much or more than Black children, and more importantly, need to read lots of good children's books with Black language, culture and heroes. They also need to read about other non-White cultures, but given…

Awesome! That kind of reminds me of that weird freaky comic where the characters are like these werid freaks and they do really weird shit like get drunk and beat the shit out of each other and dress really weird. What a wonderful image. I wish public works were not so out of fashion in Washington these days. It seems that too many people see them as pork rather than needed investments in infrastructure that will boost the economy in the short-term by creating jobs and in the long-term by making economic activity more efficient.

Three cheers for PUBLIC WORKS!
